86% of SaaS companies say they expect to invest more in PLG in 2021 but only 24% say that PLG is fundamental to their business today (according to OpenView Partners), so the demand exists but a lot of companies are not sure where to begin. So what's holding them back? Sometimes PLG isn't a fit but often times it's a lack of understanding or inability to get buy-in that stops organizations from reaping the benefits of a PLG strategy. In this workshop, I’ll share my own experiences going from a Senior Product Marketer at traditional enterprise sales orgs to running growth & marketing at PLG SaaS. I'll make Product Led Growth approachable for other marketers who see the benefit but can't figure out how to get their leadership team to listen or where to even begin.
